| Layaways: Our layaways require a minimal deposit of 10%. After that, a monthly payment is required. This payment can be any amount. We generally do not have a time limit on layaways; however, we prefer not to exceed one year. If a layaway goes without payments for a period of 60 days, the item will be returned to stock and the deposits will be forfeited. In the case that an item is no longer wanted, deposit would be refunded within 30 days with the receipt. If it is beyond the 30-day period, a store credit will be issued. There is no fee for our layaways.
All special orders require a minimum deposit of 50%. This must be made prior to ordering. Special order deposits are not refundable.
Returns: All items brought back for return must have the sales receipt. Cash will be given only to the purchaser with the sales receipt. No cash refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase. If the item returned has been received as a gift, store credit will be issued. Store credits do not expire.
Watch repairs: All watch repairs, with the exception of warranties, will be done in the store. We offer a one-year warranty on all new movements or mechanical overhauls. The repairs are done by a Certified Master Watchmaker (Horologist) that is Eric Nyman.
Clock repairs: We offer a one-year warranty on all clock overhauls or replacement of movements done in store. Some clock repairs we do send out. Please call us for details.
Eye Glass Repair: We do offer repair of eyeglasses. This is done on our laser-welding machine. We give a 30-day warranty on all eyeglass repairs.
Jewelry Repairs: We do our entire jewelry repair in the store. We guarantee our work. Each repair job is different, we will guarantee where we work, for a period of six months. This is with the exception of excessive wear and exposure to chlorine. |
